THE VETERINARY ASSISTANT PROGRAM  
     The Veterinary Assistant student will learn in a
full service animal care facility. Working with
experienced instructors. Instruction  is divided
between lecture, laboratory and Extern ship
experiences.  In the first half of the  program,
students are taught in the classroom through an
established curriculum.    









Students will spend the second half of the program
in a Veterinarian's office, working with our extern
program.  The student is placed in a Veterinarian's
office where they apply the skills and theories they
have learned in the classroom.  Clinical practice
under the supervision of professionals enhances
their skills .  Our student gain even more
experience from working in a full service Veterinary
facility, working with animals needing medical
attention.
